Processing and Shipping: All wig orders require up to three to four business days for processing and (because of tariffs) an additional 5-8 business days for shipping. Please don't let it stop you from shopping online. I am constantly seeking ways to expedite shipping. Wigs are made to order for long lengths or specific colors and textures. We can also adjust your cap and lace size for an additional fee. Some styles may come with pre-bleached knots, pre-plucked hairline, and realistic baby hair.
Refund Policy: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, the wig must not have been altered in any way, including gluing, cutting, or coloring. Customers may be asked to provide photos of the product, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
