Do you accept returns?
Return Policy for Human Hair Wigs
We are happy to consider returns for human hair wigs under the following conditions:

Condition Requirements: Wigs must be in their original condition with no glue, makeup, cut lace, dye, or alterations.

Case-by-Case Review: Returns will be reviewed individually and may require photo or video proof.

Inclusions and Exclusions: Custom color wigs and wigs longer than 28 inches are eligible for review. However, braiding hair and bulk hair purchases are non-refundable.

Order Review: Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Cancellation Policy We offer a 2-hour courtesy cancellation window for all orders. This allows you to change your mind while we work to process and ship your items promptly.
Refund Details Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
All other items purchased, that are not hair products will follow the 14 day hassel free return policy.
14 Day No Hassel Return Policy
A 14-day return policy means customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their purchase to initiate a return if they are unsatisfied or if the item doesn’t meet their expectations. This kind of policy often outlines conditions for returns, such as the state of the product (e.g., unused, undamaged, or in its original packaging), and any exceptions or exclusions.
Typically, once the return is approved, the customer can receive a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the company's guidelines.

We are proud to offer a tailored wig creation service to meet your unique preferences. To get started:

Design Inspiration: Share a picture of your desired wig style. This will guide us in designing and styling your custom wig accordingly.

Measurements & Style Details: Provide accurate head measurements along with the specific hairstyle details you’d like.

Payment: Once the design is confirmed, make your payment through the agreed method—either via this website or Square.

Contact Information: Ensure you provide correct contact details for updates about your order.
When your wig is complete, we will send you a photo for your approval before shipping. Upon approval, your wig will be sent to your specified address or made available for pick-up at our shop.
Important Note: If you choose not to provide detailed head measurements and opt for standard sizing (small, medium, or large), please be aware that returns will not be accepted if the cap size does not fit.
